Join Yoga with Rachel for outdoor yoga by the waterfront! The class is suitable for all levels, beginners and experienced yogis, and guided in English by Rachel Sandage. Rachel is an experienced yoga teacher from Texas, Houston who lives here in Copenhagen. She teaches throughout the summer in different outdoor places in Copenhagen.
Yoga is a great way to improve posture, gain strength, flexibility, and stamina, plus ease any stress/tension you might be feeling in the body or mind.
The class is 1-hour and includes breathing exercise, meditation, and movement through different yoga poses. Rachel will be there to help and give modifications for any pose(s) you might find challenging.
You will need: A yoga mat Water bottle Comfortable clothes allowing ease of movement Blanket for savasana/resting pose (optional for the end of class)
Please remember to protect yourself with sunscreen if it's a sunny day, and if you are not feeling well, please stay home.
